What the warranty covers

• Workmanship defects — framing, attachment, flashing, and installation errors attributable to our crew.
• Structural integrity — posts, beams, joists, and connections we installed, when failure is due to our work.
• Callbacks honored — if it's our fault, we schedule the fix promptly and stand behind the repair.

What it doesn't cover

• Normal wear, weathering, and surface fading of decking materials (manufacturer warranties apply to product defects).
• Damage from storms, trees, fire, vandalism, or changes you make after we finish.
• Pre-existing rot, pest damage, or structural issues we documented before the job started.
• Failure to maintain wood decks per manufacturer or coating guidelines.

How to use it

Contact us through the quote form with photos and a short description of the issue. We'll inspect, determine whether it's covered, and schedule the repair. This warranty is provided in writing with your final project documents.
